This is not the kind of film I generally would think would be the target of bots or trolls, at least not English-speaking ones considering the film is in Korean and not from a super well-known in the West director like Bong Joon-ho or Park Chan-wook. And to prove the innocence of his client, he decides to put Ji-Woo (Kim Hyang-Gi), a girl with autism, on stand. In order to be promoted as a partner lawyer, he takes on a case as the lead lawyer. I didn't go into detail about the reviews because there's some genuinely weird shit in there but I definitely say take a look for yourself because I need someone to help me understand what's going on. Sunho (Jung Woo-Sung) is a lawyer that has background in civic activities, but now is a part of a major law firm with the goal of facing reality. I have a feeling it's a circlejerk with all the nonces upvoting each other's reviews to keep them at the top, but why did so many of them review this movie in the first place? These reviews have a lot of users saying they found them helpful, while the most downvoted reviews are not only highly rating the film but also actually more relevant to its actual content, and some also mention the weirdness with the top reviews. Some of the reviews say it was marketed as such but from what I see in the description and trailers, none of what they claim to have seen is present whatsoever.
